Launch House Impact Report
We recently worked with Melbourne based homelessness charity Launch Housing to create their Digital Impact Report. We focussed on two key themes: families and new beginnings, and the connection between housing and physical and mental wellbeing.
How it works
Planning workshop
We kick off the process with a collaborative workshop (online or in person) with key stakeholders within your organisation. We listen to your ideas and aspirations, and brainstorm a solution to tell your impact story. We’ll also confirm project milestones and timeframe.
UX design
Our design team will deliver a proposed information architecture and wireframe layouts. This provides the opportunity for collaborative feedback and defines content requirements. We’ll facilitate a design briefing to ensure our creative work is on-brand.
Build out impact report
We develop your impact report on WordPress, creating a reusable theme foundation that can be updated every year. Animated elements, expanding accordion sections, high impact photography use, and infographic stats all make for an engaging read.
Populate content
We’ll load the content on your long-scroll impact report main page, but you may also want to load extra content articles and pages. We can provide specialist NFP copywriting, graphic design, illustration, and photography services, or you can have your internal team supply the content.
Training and launch
Prior to go-live we provide a WordPress training session, empowering your team to manage the report content. Training sessions are recorded for future reference and can be provided online or in-person. We’ll take care of the go-live process, ensuring a hassle-free launch.
Revisit next year
Building on the foundation we have established, we repeat the process each year. We’ll review report content, layout, and branding to bring a fresh message annually. We’ll also continue to host your previous impact reports for up to 5 years – all inclusive!

Once we’ve confirmed requirements during discovery, we confirm the final quote. For some smaller projects, we provide a fixed price quote up front.
Yes, absolutely! We have hybrid working arrangements, so some meetings can be online. Where it’s best to travel, we choose economy fares to maximise value.
