Global Interaction is the Australian Baptist churches cross-cultural mission organisation. 

The Challenge

Global Interaction relies on donations from its supporter base and the engagement of volunteer workers. Therefore, the goals for the new the website were to increase donations, improve admin efficiency through integrated e-commerce and to increase engagement across a wider supporter base and the general community.  

 

Our Solution

Heartburst implemented custom Kentico development on the projects search and smart linking of the organisation‘s workers with projects, to personalize the donation experience.

 

The Results

Global Interaction has been a client of Hearburst Digital since 2008, relying on our digital marketing support services.
