The challenge was to optimise the Family Life information architecture and make sense of their vast array of community services, training, and op shops. They also needed a bespoke designed website that would reflect their brand and give them a modern and mobile-friendly customer experience.
Heartburst came in and workshopped with Family Life to ascertain and fully understand the architecture, branding and design of what was needed. We created a bespoke design to showcase the Family Life brand and add impact to their online experience.
We also innovated their website navigation by providing solutions for mega menus and optimised their website taxonomy.
The Family Life website results were excellent, with a far better customer experience result. Allowing users to find services based on life stages or individual situations. We also made content editing the Wordpress CMS so much easier for the Family Life editors. Overall the end result created increased brand presence, impact through strong design and added credibility to a great organisation.
